This Sumatra coffee is smooth and rich, earthy, chocolaty, flashes of bitter with sweet, bourbon-like complexity, herbal notes (think sasaparilla, licorice), spice, (think black pepper), smooth, rich, not musty, great lingering earthy aftertaste, with low acid. Ideal as a dessert coffee or for those who avoid high-acid coffees. This is a high grown Indonesian coffee. Whole bean Net Weight 14 oz.
